PSAK 24 merupakan standar akuntansi yang secaa khusus mengatur tentang pelaporan imbalan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kerja pada PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar tenang menggunakan metode kualitatif komparatif dengan teknik reduksi data dan uji keabsahan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah menerapkan sesuai 24.
